Happy Monday Washington Families! This is your principal, Mrs. Glenn and I will be posting a photo a day for the next 30 days. I want you to see what a "day in the life" of a Washington student looks like.
Day #1 is our wonderful Door #1 greeter- Mrs. McCrory. She holds the door open for every student who is dropped off. Everyday she has a smile and kind words to greet our students! Our students are lucky to start EVERY day with a happy face! Thank you Mrs. McCrory!

Attention DPS Families! It is now time to come together to vote, vote, and vote again! Ethan Carter, Freshman at DHS, is currently 1st in his group, and he is positioned to have a real shot at being named Youth Athlete of the Year! This accolade also puts him in a 3BRAND ad in Sports Illustrated, and he will also take home $25,000! Here is the link

We have been notified that the Haymarket Square bus stop for bus 15 & bus 18 will be back open tomorrow. Students who ride bus 15 & bus 18 will be picked up and dropped off at the usual spot at Haymarket Square. Thank you for your patience today as we navigate street closures while the city is improving its infrastructure.
